This beach-chic apartment sits just moments from the sand at Porth, a sheltered, west-facing beach between Newquay and Watergate Bay – ideal for families, adventurers, and explorers of all ages. The ground-floor position is suited to those with limited mobility, with bi-fold doors from the living space and master bedroom allowing for easy indoor/outdoor living, making the most of the sea views across the beach and out to Porth Island.
Inside, the living area enjoys exceptional sea views and is equipped with soft seating arranged around a Smart TV. A dining table seats four, and the sleek kitchen includes a washer/dryer alongside all the essentials for a self-catered stay. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, direct sea views, access onto the private terrace, and an en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom has two single beds with memory foam mattresses, and the family bathroom offers a shower over the bath. Outside, a furnished sun terrace overlooks the sea, with level access to the beach. A designated parking space for one car is also included.
When children draw a seaside scene, they draw Porth – streams, rock pools, and caves beckon exploration, whilst a sweep of beach provides ample terrain for sandcastle building. A narrow wooden footbridge leads to Porth Island, a headland full of history where, at mid-tide, a blowhole shoots rainbow sprays of water. For the more energetic, a beach walk at low tide leads all the way to Watergate Bay (2 miles), and the coast path connects to Newquay's (1 mile) bays and the rolling cliffs of Mawgan Porth (4 miles).
