Inside, the property is split across two levels, with a large open-plan living space on the first floor. The living room features a corner sofa seating six, a TV, and sliding doors opening onto a private balcony with a bistro table, two chairs and sea views. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine and everything needed for a self-catered stay, including a breakfast bar. On the ground floor, the master bedroom has a super-king-size bed and patio doors leading to a private decking area. The second bedroom also has a super-king-size bed, while the third bedroom has twin beds. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath is on the ground floor, and there is a shower room on the first floor. Outside, there is designated parking for one car, a shared surf shower, and a communal seating area with views over Porth Beach.
Lusty Glaze Beach (0.5 miles) is a short walk along the coast path. At low tide, a beach walk stretches all the way to Watergate Bay (1.5 miles), where you can join the South West Coast Path again and follow it towards the pretty Mawgan Porth (4 miles). On the return leg, you will find a good choice of beachside cafes and a pub.
