Inside, the first-floor open-plan living, kitchen and dining space is decorated in a modern coastal style throughout. A large corner sofa seats eight beside a 55-inch TV with Netflix, and doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the headland. The dining area has a built-in bench seating three to four alongside a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features a central island with bar stools, a Nespresso coffee machine and wine fridge. On the second floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, views out to sea and an ensuite rainfall shower, while the second bedroom offers a super king zip-and-link bed, a Juliette balcony and its own ensuite. On the ground floor, a third bedroom with king-size bed has doors to the garden, and a fourth bedroom provides a king-size zip-and-link bed. A family bathroom with freestanding bath completes the ground floor. Outside, an enclosed garden offers table seating and a two-seater sofa, with a surf shower and wetsuit rail for post-beach clean-ups. Two parking spaces are provided at the front.

Fistral beach is world famous for its surf – grab a board and get amongst the swell, or head to the beachside restaurants. A picturesque coastal stroll around Pentire headland passes Newquay's historical Huer's Hut and leads towards the town's seven beaches. At low tide, follow the footpath along the Gannel estuary to Crantock beach – a family-friendly stretch with crabbing, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding on offer. Watergate Bay is a ten-minute drive away with rolling surf and eateries, while Perranporth and its quirky shops can also be reached by car.
