Mawgan Porth is a wide beach on the north coast of Cornwall, backed by high dunes. At low tide, the beach here reveals a huge expanse of sand which is perfect for sand castles, kite flying and beach games. Close to the beach, you`ll find a shop cum deli selling all the essentials plus some luxuries, a pub and a restaurant. Otherwise, Mawgan Porth is characterised by its off the beaten track character and relaxed feel.
Ground floor large open plan kitchen, living and dining area with table and chairs to seat 8 plus sofa for relaxing with a coffee while you read the papers. French doors lead to the enclosed garden and patio area. Beautifully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher.
Living area has comfy sofas and cute window seat with sea views, plus flat screen television with satellite and Freeview packages, iPod docking station, wireless broadband access, Playstation 2, DVD player, telephone (incoming calls only). Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Iron, ironing board, two travel cots, two high chairs, three stairgates, changing mat, fireguard and hairdryer are included. Centrally heated.

Outside is a large, landscaped garden with decking area, a double garage and parking for 2-3 cars. At the end of the Tredragon Close there is a pathway leading to the beach and shops. One well-behaved dog is permitted - Mawgan Porth beach is dog friendly all year round. Cautionary deposit of £100 required when booking. Short breaks available. |
