Just two miles from Padstow, this holiday retreat is well placed to take advantage of all this corner of North Cornwall has to offer, from the restaurants, galleries and shops of Padstow itself to the countless stunning beaches that are all within a short drive. The Saints Way, a famous walking trail that runs between the north and south coasts of Cornwall, passes right outside the door, offering great opportunities to explore the countryside.

French doors leading to large decked terrace overlooking the river. Dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. Feature open tread spiral staircase from living area (may be difficult for the elderly and small children). Centrally heated.
First floor double bedroom with contemporary steel double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, French doors to small balcony overlooking the river and out to the Camel Estuary. En suite bathroom (bath with shower over, mixer taps, W.C., basin and heated towel rail).
Outside is a large furnished decked terrace overlooking the river, with small covered verandah area. A lockable gate provides access to the river via a ladder (children must be supervised at all times whilst on the decking area).
Parking for one car adjacent to the property. One dog welcome in low season only. Cautionary deposit of £100 required when booking. Short breaks available. |
