Recently refurbished, the property enjoys breathtaking views over the bay from most rooms. With a generous first floor furnished balcony and decking area, there is plenty of opportunity for alfresco dining, sunbathing or simply drinking in the view.  

Ground floor: Large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and wood burning stove, television with Sky Freeview, CD player and radio. Separate seating area with spectacular views over the bay, selection of books, games and DVDs. Spiral staircase leading to master bedroom on the upper floor.   Spacious kitchen/diner with tiled flooring, Rangemaster electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave oven. Large dining area with table and seating for 8, plus additional seating area with fabulous sea views. French doors provide access to outside decking area and gardens. Children’s den/playroom with bean bags, television and DVD player. Twin bedroom with modern oak furniture. Shower room with compact corner shower, W.C. and basin.  

First Floor: Large master bedroom with kingsize bed, double aspect windows with excellent sea views. Door leading to internal stair well providing access to furnished balcony. Spacious family bathroom with separate shower enclosure with power shower, bath with hand shower over, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail.  

Outside is a large double garage incorporating a utility area with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying facilities. Extensive private landscaped gardens include a large decking area furnished with table and chairs, lawns, feature lighting, a small stream (young children must not be left unattended) and a gate opening onto the footpath that leads directly to the beach. Private drive with parking for three cars, plus space for another car in the garage. Telephone (for emergency use only), cot, highchair, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Gas central heating. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Cautionary deposit of £200 required when booking.

General Info

This Beach Retreat can be booked for full weeks only. Christmas and New Year breaks can be booked as 5 night holidays only from 22 -27 December 2008 or 28 December – 2 Jan 2009. Dogs are charged at £20 per week or part thereof where accepted in the property.
