Full-width French windows in the living room open onto a sunny, private garden, perfect for barbecues and alfresco dining.

Entrance hall leading to open plan living area with solid wood floor, large futon sofa bed, two luxury leather arm chairs, dining table and six leather dining chairs, flat screen television with Freeview, DVD player, iPod docking station and Bose stereo. Well equipped kitchen area with flagstone flooring, integrated Neff appliances including fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, single oven, hob and extractor, microwave.

Double bedroom with iron bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and portable television, ensuite bathroom with bathrobes, underfloor heating, bath with shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Twin bedroom with chest of drawers and portable television. Shower room with large circular power shower enclosure, underfloor heating, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Enclosed private garden with patio, lawn, table and chairs, sun loungers, surf shower, wetsuit drying rail, board rack and gas barbecue. Beautifully maintained communal gardens, allocated parking space plus visitor’s spaces. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

General Info

This Beach Retreat can be booked for full weeks only during school holidays. Christmas and New Year breaks can be booked as 5 night holidays only from 22 -27 December 2008 or 28 December – 2 Jan 2009. Short Breaks for 4 and 5 night’s duration are available at other times with flexible arrival days – full details are available here. Dogs are charged at £20 per week or part thereof where accepted in the property.
