Chapel Lodge is an outstanding three storey property with reversed-style accommodation in the heart of Padstow with views across historic St Petroc’s Church, the harbour and the Camel Estuary. Originally a chapel, the building has been converted to an extremely high standard, retaining lots of period character. Sleeping up to 16, Chapel Lodge offers exceptional holiday accommodation with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two living rooms and two kitchens, all of which are luxuriously designed and furnished. The property benefits from a private garden with patio and parking for two cars. Chapel Lodge has all of Padstow’s shops, restaurants, galleries and attractions right on the doorstep.

Ground floor: Large hallway atrium, TV room with double sofa bed, widescreen television with satellite package, DVD and CD player; galley kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher and with French windows opening onto the patio; one double bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed and ensuite bathroom (bath, separate shower enclosure, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail); one room with twin single beds and ensuite bathroom(bath, separate shower enclosure, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail); shower room (shower enclosure, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail; utility/drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Second floor: Spacious open plan living/dining area which includes a large dining table and chairs to seat up to 14, and large family kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The second floor benefits from wonderful views over Padstow, including the harbour and the Camel Estuary.

Chapel Lodge has underfloor heating throughout, a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls, iron and ironing board, broadband access and a hairdryer in every bedroom.

Outside is a small private garden with patio furnished with a table and chairs and barbecue, plus a cobbled area with private parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed at this property.
