This recently renovated cottage occupies a quiet position in the cliff top village of Trevarrian and is within a few minutes’ walk of the famous South West Coast Path. A five minute drive will bring guests to either Watergate Bay to the south or Mawgan Porth to the north, both of which are fantastic sandy surfing beaches, while a short stroll away is a popular pub. With four generous double bedrooms which can be used as twins, three bathrooms/shower rooms and two courtyard gardens, Camellia Cottage offers spacious accommodation for families or friends sharing.

Ground floor: Entrance porch with cloakroom. Living room with television with Freeview, DVD and CD players. Dining room with table and chairs to seat eight plus French windows leading to the outside decking area and enclosed courtyard garden. Kitchen with contemporary beech units, large gas range-style cooker with oven and extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room with shower, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail. Double bedroom with super king zip and link bed (use as super king size double or twin), overlooking the front courtyard garden.

First floor: Spacious master bedroom with super king zip and link bed double bed (use as super king size double or twin) and ensuite bathroom (W.C., basin, bath with shower over and heated towel rail) with countryside views. Two further bedrooms with super king zip and link beds (use as super king size double or twin), one with sea glimpses and views across the beautiful St Mawgan valley. Family bathroom with W.C., basin, bath with shower over and heated towel rail.

Outside are two enclosed courtyard gardens, both of which are lovely suntraps in fine weather, plus private parking for up to seven vehicles. Iron, ironing board, travel cot and hairdryer are included.

General Info

This Beach Retreat can be booked for full weeks only during school holidays. Christmas and New Year breaks can be booked as 5 night holidays only from 22 -27 December 2008 or 28 December – 2 Jan 2009. Short Breaks for a weekend or of 3, 4, and 5 night’s duration are available at selected times with flexible arrival days – full details are available here. Dogs are charged at £20 per week or part thereof where accepted in the property.
