An excellent holiday apartment for families, this property is within two minutes’ walk of the unspoilt sandy beach of Porth. Built in 2008, the apartment is modern, well designed and comfortable - the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. Close by is a family-friendly pub, a bistro, a ten pin bowling alley and a couple of beachside cafes. Benefiting from sea views, private parking and a small patio area, the apartment is located in a tranquil position on a quiet lane while Newquay’s many attractions are less than 3 miles away.
 
Two bedroom first floor holiday apartment. Open plan living area with sea views, with television, DVD and CD players and radio. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Kitchen area with contemporary units and chic black worktops, wooden laminate flooring, electric oven and hob with extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave oven.
 
Master bedroom with double bed and sea views, second bedroom with bunk beds. Family bathroom with W.C., bath with shower over, basin and heated towel rail.
 
Outside is a small patio area and private parking for 1 – 2 cars. This property includes central heating, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved dogs welcome.

General Info

This Beach Retreat can be booked for full weeks only during school holidays. Christmas and New Year breaks can be booked as 5 night holidays only from 22 -27 December 2008 or 28 December – 2 Jan 2009. Short Breaks for a weekend or of 3, 4, and 5 night’s duration are available at selected times with flexible arrival days – full details are available here. Dogs are charged at £20 per week or part thereof where accepted in the property.
