A well-located one bedroom ground floor apartment overlooking the sandy beach at Mawgan Porth, which is just a five minute walk away. 5 White Lodge benefits from a private, furnished patio and access to shared landscaped gardens, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the wonderful views. The apartment offers flexible accommodation with a zip-and-link king size bed that easily converts to two singles; cosy and well designed, 5 White Lodge is an excellent holiday escape at any time of the year. South-facing ground floor apartment with one double/twin bedroom. Living area with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs, widescreen television with Freeview and integral CD and DVD player and a selection of books and games. Kitchen area with contemporary fitted units, oven, hob, extractor, microwave oven and fridge freezer. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. One double bedroom with king size zip-and-link bed that can be converted to two singles. Spacious bathroom with shower over bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Outside is a private patio with table, bench seats and two steamer chairs. Guests also enjoy access to shared landscaped gardens outside the property. 5 White Lodge has one parking space plus a visitor’s parking space. Sorry, no dogs and no smoking. This Beach Retreat can be booked for full weeks only during school holidays. Christmas and New Year breaks can be booked as 5 night holidays only from 22 -27 December 2008 or 28 December – 2 Jan 2009. Short Breaks for a weekend or of 3, 4, and 5 night’s duration are available at other times with flexible arrival days – full details are available here.
