This chic penthouse apartment benefits from high, semi-domed ceilings throughout, creating a light and spacious feel. In a quiet position overlooking the gardens, Apartment 29 is very well appointed and is a perfect location for a coastal escape. With one bedroom (as a double or a twin) and a double sofabed in the living area, it offers flexible contemporary accommodation for up to four people.

Garden view apartment with one double bedroom (zip-and-link bed as double or twin); bathroom (basin, WC, heated towel rail, shower attachment over bath). Living area with garden views; sofabed; leather armchair; dining table and 4 chairs; flat screen LCD television with Sky World (includes Sports 1&2 and Movies 1&2) satellite package, DVD and CD players, radio, iPod docking station and free wireless broadband access. Kitchen area with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave and washer/dryer. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and a selection of DVDs also provided. Sorry, no pets. No smoking.

General Info

This Beach Retreat can be booked for full weeks only during school holidays. Christmas and New Year breaks can be booked as 5 night holidays only from 22 -27 December 2008 or 28 December – 2 Jan 2009. Short Breaks for a weekend or of 3, 4, and 5 night’s duration are available at other times with flexible arrival days – full details are available here. Dogs are charged at £20 per week or part thereof where accepted in the property.
