One bedroom (as a double or a twin) plus a sofabed in the living room provides flexible accommodation for up to 4, while leather sofas and contemporary décor add a real sense of style. Garden-side apartment with one double bedroom (zip-and-link bed as double or twin) with garden views; bathroom (basin, WC, heated towel rail, shower attachment over bath). Living area with garden views, double leather sofabed plus leather armchair, dining area with table and four chairs, flat screen television, DVD and CD players, radio, and iPod docking station. Kitchen area with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, single oven, microwave, washer/dryer and espresso coffee-maker. Iron, ironing board, highchair, travel cot, hairdryer and a selection of books, games and DVDs. 1 small, wellbehaved dog welcome. No smoking. This Beach Retreat can be booked for full weeks only during school holidays. Christmas and New Year breaks can be booked as 5 night holidays only from 22 -27 December 2008 or 28 December – 2 Jan 2009. Short Breaks for a weekend or of 3, 4, and 5 night’s duration are available at other times with flexible arrival days – full details are available here. Dogs are charged at £20 per week or part thereof where accepted in the property.
