The owners have carefully renovated to retain the quirky qualities of this period cottage; the result is a beautiful rustic look with a classic farmhouse feel. Oak and slate floors, feature oak beams and a light and spacious feel make this a lovely holiday retreat.
On the ground floor there is a double height large farmhouse-style kitchen with slate floor, pine dresser, table and chairs to seat 6, double oven, hob and extractor, feature pink Smeg fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and iPod docking station. Double patio doors opening onto communal lawned area.
Cosy living room with oak floors, woodburning stove, flatscreen television with Freeview package and CD player. Patio doors opening onto communal gardens. Shower room with large slate-floored shower enclosure with rainfall shower, basin, heated towel rail and W.C. leads off the kitchen.
Ground floor large double aspect bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Stairs to galleried landing.

The property is set some way back from the road, making it very quiet and peaceful. 4 Porth Farm Cottages has full central heating. Outside, to both sides of the property, are lawned communal gardens which include a zip wire and pirate boat for childrens supervised playing. There is also a communal laundry room. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, travel cot and high chair included. There is ample off-road parking for guests.
