Surfside is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom contemporary house which is part of a holiday village on the headland between the sandy beaches of Porth and Lusty Glaze. With awe-inspiring views out over the beach and sea, Surfside gives you coastal living at its best. There`s plenty of opportunity to enjoy the location, with a generous terrace from which to soak up the views.
Little luxuries like the outside hot shower (perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day on the beach), the three bathrooms and the iPod docking station and flat screen TV, make Surfside an outstanding base for a relaxing break.
Porth is the kind of beach that kids dream of with soft sand and rock pools galore. Located on the north coast of Cornwall it has a stream flowing down to the shoreline and even an island with a wooden bridge across to it. Lifeguards patrol the beach from May to September, making it safe for swimming and bodyboarding. Even during the height of summer, Porth provides a sense of peace, with a restaurant and pub right next to the beach.
Ground floor open plan kitchen/dining area with solid oak flooring and large French windows opening onto the decking area. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, oven, hob with extractor and microwave oven. The dining area has a large table and chairs for 8. The light and airy separate living room has a large window with sea views, flat screen TV with DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating. Iron, ironing board, gas central heating and Wifi broadband access included.
Please note there is no hand rail leading down the stairs into the kitchen, take care with young children and elderly guests. Small groundfloor bedroom with double bed plus single bunk beds.
First floor master bedroom with king size bed, French windows leading to the decking area with sea views and ensuite shower room with shower enclosure, W.C. and basin. Further bedroom with twin single beds with pull out truckle beds (sleeping up to 4 in total), with ensuite shower room with shower enclosure, W.C. and basin.
Outside is a spacious decking area with stunning sea views and sun loungers. Parking for one car plus additional visitor parking. Cautionary deposit of £100 required when booking. Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
