At this gorgeous beach apartment, all that comes between you and the sand at Porth is a private terrace and a stretch of lawn. Just open the door from the living area or either of the bedrooms and a couple of steps later you are on the beach. The views are, as you would expect, fantastic - an uninterrupted vista across the bay and out to sea. Two comfortable bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area filled with coastal light - this is beach living the way it`s supposed to be.
Ground floor (beach level, accessible by communal lift) apartment with direct access onto the beach. Spacious open plan living area with sea view and doors to the beachside terrace, double sofabed, 32 inch television with DVD/Blu Ray player plus Wifi access. Dining area with table seating six. Kitchen area with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, slimline wine fridge, breakfast bar and stools.
Master bedroom with king size solid oak bed, sea view and door to private beachside terrace, plus ensuite shower room with large shower enclosure, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail.
Second bedroom with kingsize bed (zip and link which can be used as kingsize double or 3 foot wide twins), wall mounted television with DVD player, sea view and door to the beachside terrace. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and W.C. Utility cupboard with washer/dryer. Outside the apartment is a private terrace with bench and table as well as additional folding chairs available for you to enjoy the view. Communal lawn area and steps onto the beach. 2 Coast also comes with a private lockable surf store in the car park for surfboards and beach equipment.
The apartment has underfloor heating throughout. One parking space is provided in the car park and there is a lift from the car park level to the apartment. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, high chair and travel cot. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
