All of the great dining, shopping, sport facilities and miles of sand at Watergate Bay are just a three minute walk away from the house (but far enough away from the road to avoid traffic noise). Blazey has private off road parking with use of a BBQ area and a separate secure store room for surf boards and beach toys along with a wet suit rack and surf shower.
Ground floor: Master bedroom with super king size bed, flat screen TV, single truckle bed and en suite bathroom with shower enclosure, free standing double ended bath, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail. Second bedroom with zip and link bed (available as twin or super king size double), flat screen TV with ensuite shower room with shower enclosure, basin, heated towel rail and W.C. Separate laundry cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.
First floor: Large open plan living area with barrel rolled ceiling, stunning sea views, gel fireplace, widescreen television with Freeview, DVD/CD, iPod docking station and Wifi. Full width sliding glass doors open onto the large balcony. Comfortable sofas and chairs to help you relax. Dining table and chairs plus banquette seating. High specification kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Cloakroom with basin and W.C. Iron, ironing board, high chair and travel cot available.
