Seaport Lodge is a large, modern property with sea views in a wonderful location above the bay at Mawgan Porth. Just a ten minute walk from the sand, this single storey house has generous accommodation for up to 8 guests with further space for 4-5 in the mobile home in the grounds. The interior has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a cottage style kitchen and a wood burning stove in the very spacious living area. Outside is rolling farmland, giving a lovely sense of peace and seclusion.
Very large open plan living/dining/kitchen area which includes a large dining table and chairs to seat 8, a wood burning stove, fitted kitchen area with range-style cooker with gas burners and electric oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The lounge area has sea views and is equipped with 52 inch plasma screen television, DVD player, iPod docking station and Wifi access.

Seaport Lodge has a mobile home located in its grounds with additional accommodation for 4-5 (available at additional cost, please call 01637 861005 for prices). This features an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a shower room, one double bedroom with ensuite W.C., one twin bedroom and a sofabed in the living area.
Outside are extensive gardens, with the front garden having sea views, four decking areas, Weber BBQ plus tables and chairs, a children`s play area with swings, slide and a trampoline, private off road parking for up to 5 cars and a storage shed.
Seaport Lodge property benefits from central heating. Iron, ironing board, two high chairs, a travel cot and hairdryer included. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
