10 Glendorgal is a holiday house in a quiet holiday village on the headland which overlooks the sea with easy access to both beaches and within easy walking distance of Lusty Glaze and Watergate Bay beaches.
Porth is the kind of beach that kids dream of with soft sand and rock pools galore. Located on the north coast of Cornwall it has a stream flowing down to the shoreline and even an island with a wooden bridge across to it. Lifeguards patrol the beach from May to September, making it safe for swimming, surfing and bodyboarding. Even during the height of summer, Porth provides a sense of peace, with a bistro, cafe, pub and handy convenience store right next to the beach.
Entrance hall with stairs leading up to open plan living area with wood flooring throughout and two large comfortable sofas, television with Freeview package, CD and DVD players. French doors from the dining area lead to the balcony. Dining area with table and 6 chairs, kitchen area with single oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and washer/dryer. Gas central heating, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and a selection of books and games. Centrally heated.
Ground floor bedroom with double bed and patio doors leading to a private decking area and ensuite bathroom (basin, W.C., bath with shower over, heated towel rail). Second bedroom with twin single beds and ensuite bathroom (basin, W.C., bath with shower over).
Outside are well maintained communal gardens. Parking for one car close to the property plus additional visitor parking. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome but please note that dogs are not permitted on Porth beach between Easter and 1st October. Full use of the on-site leisure facilities including restaurant, indoor pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room (charge payable). Holiday Concierge Service available.
