Set in a stunning cliff top location on an exclusive headland estate with swimming pool and restaurant on site. The private 17 acre gated resort comprises of a handful of houses and a small hotel and has private steps to Porth beach and easy access to the beaches of Lusty Glaze and Watergate Bay. The house overlooks the pretty courtyard garden and the beach to the side, and has three good sized double bedrooms and will accommodate 7 plus baby. The on site facilities including a restaurant, bar and health club make it perfect for relaxing family holidays or breaks with friends and guests at this property will have complementary use of the leisure facilities.
Porth is the kind of beach that kids dream of with soft sand and rock pools galore. Located on the north coast of Cornwall it has a stream flowing down to the shoreline and an island with a wooden bridge across to it. Lifeguards patrol the beach from May to September, making it safe for swimming and bodyboarding. Even during the height of summer, Porth provides a sense of peace, with a restaurant and pub right next to the beach.
Entrance hall with stairs leading up to the open plan living area with oak flooring and two large comfortable sofas, LCD television with digital package, CD/radio with USB port, DVD and mini-disc players plus Wifi. XBox Games console and games provided. French windows from the living area lead to a furnished balcony overlooking the pretty communal garden area and down over the beach to the side. Dining area with table and 7 chairs, kitchen area with single oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Travel cot,baby bath, high chair and stair gate are provided.
Ground floor: Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room (basin, W.C. and shower cubicle) plus patio doors leading to private decking with picnic bench; 2 further double bedrooms, one with additional 3 foot guest bed. Family shower room with large shower enclosure, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail. Portable TV/DVD with Freeview which can be used in any of the bedrooms.
Gas central heating, iron, ironing board and a selection of books and games. Outside is a large decking area with picnic bench leading on to the well maintained communal gardens and steps leading to the beach. Parking for 1 car close to the property plus additional visitors spaces.
There is an on site restaurant and guests of No 2 have full use of the on-site leisure facilities including indoor pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room free of charge. Holiday Concierge Service available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (except July and August) but please note that dogs are not permitted on Porth beach between Easter and 1st October. Cautionary deposit of £75 required when booking. Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
